Using Your Insurance

I am an in-network provider for several insurance plans. Navigating insurance can be confusing, but I am here to help you understand your coverage so you can focus on your health.

I am licensed in Colorado and in-network with:

​​I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your specific outpatient mental health benefits, including any deductibles or co-pays that may apply.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network

For clients who do not have the insurance plans listed above or prefer not to use insurance, my standard rate is $150 per session.

 

A limited sliding scale is available for those navigating financial transitions.​

Payments

 

I accept Visa, Mastercard, and HSA/FSA cards. Payments or insurance co-pays are due at the time of each session or on an individual basis depending on insurance payments.

 

I also accept PayPal and Venmo.
