Using Your Insurance

I am an In-Network provider for several major insurance plans. Navigating insurance can be confusing, but I am here to help you understand your coverage so you can focus on your health.

I am licensed in Colorado and in-network with:

• ComPsych EAP

Please note: I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your specific outpatient mental health benefits, including any deductibles or co-pays that may apply.

Self-Pay & Out-of-Network

For clients who do not have the insurance plans listed above or prefer not to use insurance, my standard rate is $150 per session. (A limited sliding scale is available for those navigating financial transitions—please feel free to ask about this via email or during our initial call.)

Payments

For your convenience, I accept Visa, Mastercard, and HSA/FSA cards. Payments or insurance co-pays are due at the time of each session or on an individual basis (depending on insurance payments and EOBs). I also accept payments via PayPal and Venmo.
