Using Your Insurance

​I am licensed in Colorado and am an in-network provider for select insurance plans. Navigating coverage can be confusing, but I am here to help you understand your benefits so you can focus on your health.

I am currently in-network with:

 

• Medicare (and I work with supplemental and secondary plans)

• Anthem BCBS

• United Health Care

​​I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify your specific outpatient mental health benefits, including any deductibles or co-pays that may apply.

Self-Pay Sessions

For clients who do not have insurance or prefer not to use insurance, my standard rate is $150 per session.

I believe quality care should be accessible, so I offer a limited sliding scale for individuals navigating fixed incomes or financial transitions. Please feel free to ask about available sliding scale slots during your initial consultation.

Payments

I accept Visa, Mastercard, HSA/FSA and PayPal. Payments or insurance co-pays are due at the time of each session or on an individual basis depending on insurance payments.
